Got the bracelet everything seems to check out. The paperwork matched up and it looks real to me. I haven’t had any issues so far, so I’m happy enough with it

I ordered from Ice my package got here quicker than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine for the most part too, not amazing or anything, but enough to know what was going on. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I was happy with how the shipping went.

I had to use the warranty because one of the stones was loose. Support got back to me quickly, and when the repair came back, it looked good. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but something about it felt worth the wait in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

My ring is seriously SO gorgeous in person, like, I actually gasped when I opened it. It looks even better than the pictures, and I can’t stop staring at it!
